This notice covers the public website at dentalbridge.hiperfusion.com. DentalBridge is in active development; this notice does not describe a future production product or pilot data flow. Any pilot that processes patient information will require its own documented terms, safeguards, and data handling review before that processing begins.

Information you submit

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, work email, practice name, role, workflow selection, and message you provide. We also receive basic request metadata used to deliver the inquiry and reduce abuse, such as your IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and submission timing.

Do not submit patient information through this website. The public contact form is for describing workflows, not patients or appointments.

How inquiries are used

We use inquiry information to respond, understand potential design-partner needs, qualify product fit, and protect the form from spam or misuse. The form is not used for automated eligibility decisions.

Service providers and retention

Inquiry delivery may rely on infrastructure and messaging providers acting on HiperFusion’s behalf. We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, product qualification, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting HiperFusion through the website. Some records may be retained where required for security or legal obligations.
